Training sessions

Training times are:

20:30 - 22:00 Monday Nights (except bank holidays)
at Newport International Sports Village

21:00 - 22:00 Wednesday Nights at the Cardiff International pool

Monday's are currently the best nights for beginners as we have all our spare kit at the pool - so all you need to bring is a swimming costume and a towel!
